Parentête is the creation of Rose-Anne Gabriel, proud mother of two beautiful children. This chef prepared her first culinary delight at the tender age of 4, but it was only after giving birth to her daughter that Rose-Anne returned to her first love. When she went back to work, like the majority of women in the same situation, she found it difficult to juggle family and work, and it was during this trying time that she started preparing weekly meal plans for her family.

Soon after, Parentête was born.
